Do you ship interstate or international?
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of balloons, our balloon can only hand delivered Adelaide wide, but Gift Boxes & Other purchased items shipped within Australia.
How long notice do you need?
Usually 48 hours notice is generally all that is required with full payment at the time of confirming, but if you have urgent/last minute requests and we have everything in stock we can offer next day pick up/delivery, Except Bring your own gift and for peak periods ( Mother’s Day, Christmas) where 1 weeks notice and full payment is required to confirm your date.
What size is the balloon?
Approximately 18 inches 45cm.
Can I Bring/Add my own gift?
Of course you can!
Drop off your own gift and we can decorate the balloon for you.
All Items need to fit within a 11cm round opening in diameter.
Items like clothes and soft toys can be manipulated into the balloon.
Please select "Gift stuffed balloon" and select " Bring your own gift".
Where are we located?
We are online based Gift arrangement shop. Pick up available at Malvern 5061 by appointment only.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the personalised nature of this item unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
How long does the balloon stay inflated?
Can you do a large quantity of balloons for an event?
Yes, please send an email happiness.balloon.au@gmail.com with all necessary information and we will get back to you.
Do you send a receipt in box?
Since the majority of the time we send the balloons directly to gift recipient, we do not include a receipt inside shipping box. You will be emailed a confirmation.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes. Pick up available at Malvern 5061 by appointment only.
How much is delivery fee?
Up to 10km from Malvern 5061 at a flat rate of $9.95. Outside of this area, the fees are calculated based on the distance from Malvern at check out. Please feel free to contact us for those fees.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We cannot offer guaranteed or specific delivery time, as delivery will depend on the driver's route for the day. We might be able to let you know approximate time frame the day before your selected delivery date or we are happy to send a reminder message to the person who receive the balloon on the day. We do take into consideration specific time requests to cater in a best possible manner.
What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?
We do not recommend to leave the gift unattended or in a safe place if there is no one to collect the product due to the nature of the balloon. In circumstances where it is a Gift Box/Hamper that would be acceptable. Happiness balloon will not be held liable for any theft, damage, losses should this occur. Please arrange your desired time and make sure someone is there to accept the delivery.
