Making sure you get most of our gift arrangement is our goal!

Please refer to info below, to help you understand the best way to take care of the balloon, as well as any personalised items  your gift may include. 

Collection, Storage & Care

It is highly recommended the recipient is gifted the balloon arrangement within 12 hours of collection point to ensure optimal balloon quality & shine.

Stand time cannot be guaranteed and the balloons can be affected by many factors such as temperature and external factors beyond our control.

It is preferable to pick up or have your gift delivered on the day you intend to gift, otherwise you could risk compromising the quality and stand time of your balloon. If you will be gifting the next day, it is crucial to advise us of this so we can try to protect it from exposure to conditions outside of the shop. 

The nature of balloons is fragile so the following would be best to follow:

  • Must keep sharp objects away from the balloon prior to popping
  • Handle the balloon gently, holding the balloon by the box base and not moving it round too much.
  • Must keep out of direct sunlight, balloons will be handed to you covered by a bag to protect the balloon from any possible sunlight or heat. We highly recommend keeping the balloon covered with this bag on until gifting.
  • Do note also best to keep out of air conditioning

Please note that sometimes during transportation, there is a possibility the contents inside the balloon can move around slightly, bit of extra care is recommended. 

Please ensure to handle it with the care and best to follow to the guidelines above stated. 

Personalised garments

If your arrangement includes any personalised clothing or accessories, please refer to info below:

***Do not dry clean***

  • Wash and dry garments inside out
  • Choose cold or warm water temperature settings
  • Use mild detergent
  • Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly onto the design

  • Handwash only 
  • Do not scrub
  • Do not soak
  • Do not use in the microwave or dishwasher
